Registration fee: After registration to the event, you are accepting all the terms and conditions of conference participation.
All cancellations must be received in writing by 20 February 2010 to obtain full refund. Verbal cancellations are against company internal policy.

Cancellations received after 20 February 2010 are liable for the full fee. Registrations received after 20 February 2010 are liable for the full fee in case of cancellation.

You may make delegate substitutions to attend in your place at no extra fee.

In case “Business-Forum” is obliged to postpone or cancel the event registration fee will be refunded in full scope, but we are not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred by delegates or their companies.

It is against our internal policy to swap badges with other registered or non-registered delegates and will not be allowed. Please, pay attention that badge is your permit to all the events within the framework of the conference.
